Entry and unloading conditions<\/p>\n

Entry is allowed only with tractors, pickup trucks and trucks.
\nSmall vehicles are not allowed to enter for unloading waste.
\nThe client must register at the entrance according to operational procedures.
\nThe load is checked by the responsible personnel before acceptance.
\nThe use of work clothes and protective footwear is mandatory.
\nPersons without protective equipment are not allowed in the operational area.
\nAll instructions of the landfill staff must be respected.
\nWaste is unloaded only at the place designated by the operator.
\nThe client is responsible for any damage caused during the stay at the landfill.<\/p>\n

Waste allowed for disposal<\/p>\n

Only waste allowed under the legislation in force is accepted, including:<\/p>\n

Municipal (household) waste and other waste of a similar nature or composition;
\nNon-hazardous industrial waste with characteristics similar to municipal waste;
\nConstruction and demolition waste (fraction up to \u00d8 30 cm);
\nHousehold waste of demolished furniture and equipment (household electrical appliances, etc.);
\nSludge from wastewater treatment, only if:
\nmeet the criteria for the disposal of non-hazardous waste;
\nare maximally dehydrated;
\ncontain no less than 30% dry matter.<\/p>\n

Waste prohibited for disposal<\/p>\n

In the landfills of the KMDK, the bringing and disposal of:<\/p>\n

Hazardous waste;
\nLiquid or flowable waste;
\nNuclear, toxic and radioactive waste;
\nWaste containing asbestos;
\nPressurized gas cylinders and containers;
\nSelf-igniting substances and first category fuels;
\nExplosive\/explosive materials;
\nSubstances that react violently in contact with water, increasing the temperature or releasing gases;
\nInfectious hospital and clinical waste from medical and veterinary institutions;
\nIndustrial waste resulting from the treatment processes of hazardous substances.<\/p>\n

Right of Refusal<\/p>\n

KMDK reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any shipment that does not meet the conditions and criteria set forth in applicable legislation and the company’s operating procedures.<\/p>\n
