ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

In accordance with Law No. 03/L-087, KMDK SH.A, by the Chief Executive Officer who answers directly to the Board of Directors. With the aim of more efficient and effective management, BD has approved the organizational structure of the enterprise and the internal regulations based on which this structure consists of three Departments, which are responsible for providing support to the Company’s management. The departments responsible for providing management support to the Company are: Operations Department, Administration Department and Procurement Department. With the expansion of the activity, the Company plans to increase the number of workers according to the needs.
