Goal

The main goal of KMDK JSC since its establishment is to manage waste in DS according to standards.

The company’s goal can be achieved through:

• Increasing the collection and recovery of debts from Regional Waste Management Companies (KRM) and private entities. Increased collection would enable the sustainability of KMDK, improve the technical and infrastructural condition of the Disposal Sites (DS), and facilitate the settlement of debts and obligations toward suppliers.
• Repair and maintenance of machinery, as well as the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure at all DS, creating better conditions for KMDK customers while simultaneously contributing to environmental protection.
• Restoration of the ventilation system at all DS in accordance with applicable standards.
• Installation of digital weighing scales and cameras, as well as their monitoring from the company headquarters.
• Training and professional development of KMDK staff.
