MISSION:

The mission of the company is the management of the waste that comes to the sanitary landfills of the KMDK, the avoidance of risks that may occur during waste treatment and the prevention of environmental pollution.

VISION:

The operation and treatment of waste in order to preserve the environment, increase the value of assets and increase financial stability is the aim of the present and the future of the company.
 

Purpose

The main goal of KMDK S.A. since its foundation is waste management in DS according to standards.

The company’s goal can be achieved through:

• Raising the collection and collection of debts from KRMs and private entities. Raising the collection would enable the sustainability of KMDK, the improvement of the technical and infrastructural condition of DS, the repayment of debts and obligations to suppliers.
• Repair and maintenance of machinery, maintenance and adjustment of infrastructure in all DS, creation of better conditions for KMDK customers and at the same time protection of the environment.
• Restoration of the ventilation system in all DS according to standards.
• Installation of digital scales and cameras, as well as their monitoring from the company headquarters.
• Training – professional advancement of KMDK staff
