In accordance with Law No. 03/L-087, KMDK JSC, by the Chief Executive Officer who reports directly to the Board of Directors. In order to ensure more efficient and effective management, the Board of Directors has approved the organizational structure of the enterprise and the internal regulations on the basis of which this structure consists of four Departments, which are responsible for providing support to the Company’s management. The departments responsible for providing support to the Company’s management are: Operations Department, Planning and Development Department, Finance Department and Support Services Department. With the expansion of the activity, the Company plans to increase the number of employees according to needs.
